Crossroads Hospice Society was established in 1988 to serve the communities of Anmore, Belcarra, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody. The Society’s aim is to provide care that values life until the moment it ends. We believe that every life has meaning and purpose and we strive to fill each remaining day with dignity, choice and compassion.

At Crossroads we believe that the end of life should not be frightening, painful or lonely. In an atmosphere of love and concern it can be a rich and rewarding experience whether at home, in the hospital, or in hospice. Crossroads volunteers and staff provide life-affirming care for patients and their families, helping them with emotional, physical, and spiritual concerns that often arise as the end of life approaches.
